The Propellant Technology Development Group
The Group was formed in 1995 - with a goal to integrate perforation, well stimulation, computer modeling, and high speed pressure data collection.
Group Members
- Marathon Oil Company - responsible for intellectual property management (patenting and licensing), and for technical support
- Owen Oil Tools (a Core Lab company) - responsible for product manufacturing and distribution; and for new product development
- Weatherford - responsible for new product development
- HTH Technical Services, Inc. - responsible for new product development
- 520720 Alberta Ltd. - responsible for technical support
- Geo Dynamics, Inc - responsible for new product development
- Baker - provides computering modeling sales and support
All Group members also provide technical support for licensees
